Fines and Fees
Seniors must be cleared of all fines and/or fees prior to graduation. Please check with coaches, club/activity sponsors, and the media center for any outstanding balances your student may have. This includes fees for lost or damaged Chromebooks, chargers, or cases.
Senior Dues Information
Mrs. Dunn Brown in the MCHS Front Office is in charge of Senior Dues.
All Senior dues must be paid in full no later than April 30, 2025.
We prefer cash payments. Please make any Money Orders payable to Macon County High School.
NO CHECKS!!!
Senior Dues 2025: $180
3 Installments of $60 each is recommended on the dates below.
Payment 1: Nov 1
Payment 2: January 17
Payment 3: March 21
Late Payments:
May 1st - 5th = $190
May 8th - 12th = $200
May 15th - 19th = $210
May 22nd - May 23th = $220
Cap and Gown Information
ALL students graduating 2025 must order a cap and gown and for graduation.
The minimum order can be made for cap and gown only and it is $40, however there are options available which include senior swag as well as a diploma plaque for your parents.
Please have your order placed by November 22, 2024 to ensure you have the items needed for the graduation ceremony.

Yearbook Information
Mrs. Barfield is in charge of Yearbook information.
If they missed the Pre-order sale, Seniors will be able to order yearbooks online. When the link is ready, Mrs. Barfield will post it here, and she will announce it on social media, over the intercom, and through email/Teams.
SENIOR PORTRAITS
Senior Pictures make-up day is September 9th with Bowen Photography (BPI). This is the final date for Senior Pictures. If you missed portrait day, and you still want to have your photo in the yearbook, then you will need to contact Bowen Photography (in Tifton, GA) and make an appoint to visit their studio.
Please Note: BPI is the only official photographer for MCHS, and all seniors who wish to have their picture in the year book must have their formal portraits taken by BPI.
Once the seniors receive their proofs, they will choose one formal photo for the yearbook.
SENIOR QUOTE: Forms are due NO LATER THAN Feb. 3, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXTENSIONS
SENIOR PAGE (WITH BABY PICTURES, ETC.)
PAGES AND PAYMENTS DUE BY 3:00 ON MARCH 19, 2025.
Seniors may choose to purchase a whole or half page in the yearbook so parents and family can add messages of love and congratulations. These pages must adhere to the school rules and must not be violent, offensive, or explicit. Messages and photos must adhere to the same school rules, standards, and professionalism we expect from all students each day at Macon County High School. All messages written in a language other than English must have an accurate translation provided.
Whole Page: $50 cash (pay Mrs. Barfield)
Half Page: $25 cash (pay Mrs. Barfield)
All pages must be created in Canva and must not have any watermarks on the background, graphics, etc. All students may sign up for a free Canva account. Please see the page sizes and information below.
Choose the option to create a Flyer (8.5" x 11")
If you purchase a half page, please make sure that none of your text, graphics, or photos are placed below the center line of the canvas.
When you are finished with your design:
Click SHARE
Choose download. It is automatically sent to download as a PNG.
Slide the size all the way to the right (3.125)
Click DOWNLOAD
Send the downloaded file to Mrs. Barfield's email address (sbarfield@macon.k12.ga.us)
NOTE: Your page will not be published unless you have paid in full by the deadline. There will be NO EXTENSIONS.
